Tips for families and young people: how to make extended home study work for you

We understand that for our students learning at home will feel very different to being at school, and that it is essential to balance learning tasks with activities that support health and wellbeing. Lister School wants to support young people and their families as much as possible. Managing your Time

  • Focus on a few subjects each day – whichever subjects you would normally do on that day at school.
  • Make yourself a copy of this timetable to help structure your day. 
  • Don’t forget to take breaks and exercise regularly. You also need to factor in reading daily and having healthy snacks and meals.
